As the founder of Trua Care, my vision is to provide compassionate, person-centred support that empowers individuals to live independently, confidently, and with dignity. Together with our experienced and caring team, we are committed to delivering high-quality, reliable, and respectful support tailored to each person's unique needs. Throughout my career, I have built strong relationships with participants and families by providing professional, dependable, and compassionate care. At Trua Care, we believe that every individual deserves to be treated with kindness, respect, and understanding. Outside of work, I enjoy playing badminton, cooking, and hiking. These hobbies help me maintain a healthy work-life balance and reflect the energy, dedication, and positive attitude I bring to my work every day. At Trua Care, caring is more than a service—it's our commitment.
Deepa is a Registered Nurse and Clinical Lead with over 18 years of experience in aged care, community care, disability support, and clinical leadership. She has extensive experience in aged care, including working as a Facility Manager, leading clinical teams and ensuring high-quality, person-centred care. Deepa also has experience providing after-hours clinical leadership across a large healthcare service, supporting aged care, rehabilitation, community palliative care, an Early Parenting Centre, and acute mental health services. She is experienced in managing complex clinical care, coordinating services, and supporting multidisciplinary teams. She holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Stomatherapy (Wound, Ostomy and Continence Care) and has expertise in continence management, wound care, palliative care, and complex clinical care. At Trua Care, Deepa is committed to providing compassionate, safe, and personalised care, ensuring every participant receives the highest standard of support.
Novjit is a compassionate Endorsed Enrolled Nurse who is currently completing her Bachelor of Nursing. With a strong background in allied health, aged care, and several years of experience as a Disability Support Worker, she has supported people with a wide range of physical, intellectual, and mental health needs. Novjit is passionate about providing person-centred care and believes every individual deserves to be treated with dignity, respect, and kindness. She enjoys building meaningful relationships with participants, understanding their goals, and supporting them to live more independent and fulfilling lives. Bindu is a compassionate Registered Nurse with over 24 years of nursing experience, including more than 16 years in Australia's public aged care sector and 10 years of overseas nursing experience. She has extensive experience in aged care, disability care, transitional care, clinical leadership, complex nursing care, wound management, medication management, dementia care, palliative care, and care planning. Bindu is passionate about delivering safe, person-centred care that promotes dignity, independence, and quality of life. As Care Manager at Trua Care, Bindu works closely with participants, families, and our support team to ensure every person receives high-quality, personalised care. Her calm leadership, strong clinical knowledge, and genuine compassion help participants achieve the best possible outcomes.
Manmeet is a compassionate Enrolled Nurse with extensive experience in aged care, hospital settings, and community care. Maryanne is a dedicated Support Worker at Trua Care with over 25 years of experience in personal care.
